I happened to be playing around with
filters one day and somehow
stumbled across a way to make a
cool motion blur.
Here's my finished photo of Irma's

First select the object. I used the
magnetic lasso tool. Does not have
to be exact.
And save (right click) as a layer copy.

Just move her back a tad

Play around with the slider for
a cool effect
